The web site bugs.kde.org announces an IPv6 address but does not respond when
requests are directed to it. Only the IPv4 address works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to perform any action on the KDE bug database - access via the IPv6 address
results in a timeout, whereas access via the IPv4 address poses no problems.

Actual Results:  
Timeout when using the IPv6 address of bugs.kde.org

Expected Results:  
Normal operation and responses from bugs.kde.org when accessing via IPv6.
