Sorry if I'm not reporting this against the most applicable product, but it's
not clear to me which other product than the KDE website it would be.

Subject says it all, really.  http://files.kde.org/marble/maps/earth/clouds/ is
not up to date.  It is supposed to contain real-time cloud coverage info for
marble, updated at least every three hours, but it hasn't seen an update in
five days.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Point your browser to http://files.kde.org/marble/maps/earth/clouds/ and
examine the timestamps of clouds.jpg and expiration.txt.
