With our new system in plan we would be able to host a localized
variant of the main site in your language.
This could be hosted in either <langcode>.kde.org or
www.kde.org/<article>/<langcode>.
Maybe this could be of interest for you. Depends on if you have an
exact copy of the main site or not.

Not sure if google translate got this one right. You want to redirect
forum.kde.org.pl to the main one? Or would you like to have maybe a
localized subforum? Both is possible. Only the latter can be in your
language.
