In forms,suppose you insert a widget called: command button OK , when you click
on it and look at the properties in the right side column, if you wish to
navigate through the list of properties using up-down arrow keys, the cursor
gets stuck.It does not restore until manually clicked outside using a mouse.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Click on any widget (preferabbly Çommand button 'OK')and try navigating through
the list of properties on the right, using up-down arrow keys.

Actual Results:  
Cursor gets stuck.

Expected Results:  
It should navigate smoothily when you use arrow keys.
