Hardware failure, followed by hardware failure, followed by software failure. 
It will be back when it's back, which means once new disks have been installed 
in the machine, OS reinstalled and API generation is re-run. The process might 
be sped up if we had a server to which we could migrate services. As it 
stands, we've got only the one piece of hardware with enough CPU (4 core) and 
disk (500GB) and bandwidth (100Mbit/s unlimited) to handle that site.

[ade] (who, once the stuff is re-built, needs to bring disks to the data centre 
by bicycle)
