Why deleting stuff without putting replacements? e.g. trunk/www/sites/www/people/

This was exactly why I killed it. When building the new site, the idea
was to ensure it would contain content that wouldn't date. A list such
as this dates far too quickly. Building it automatically from the svn
accounts file is the only way forward if this needs to come back.
