I don't think so. Where would be an appropriate place in the menu to place it?

Also, could someone from the Promo team please check the page over to
ensure that it is up to date?
( Feel free to ping me on #kde-www if you don't have commit rights and
have a patch to fix it - I recommend putting it in a pastebin to avoid
timezone problems )
