hi Ingo,

  The correct URLs should start from /mirror/KDE or /mirror/kde (just
added this one, perhaps we missed it in the past...). So valid URLs are:

ftp://ftp.rediris.es/mirror/kde/
ftp://ftp.rediris.es/mirror/KDE/

Same for HTTP:

http://ftp.rediris.es/mirror/kde/
http://ftp.rediris.es/mirror/KDE/

If you experience our site is slow... yes, we are working on resolving
it too... :)
