Problems with bread crumbs

Hi,

this toolbox.inc is part of the chihuahua theme which does not use
$kde_menu functionality with menu.inc's any more. So it can safely be
changed w/o affecting any oxygen sites at all.

The remaining references to $kde_menu are in
/media/includes/chihuahua/template-top1.inc for the case of developper
site, but that is outdated.
