It says something like this:

"This website is maintained by The KDE sysadmins (don't report bugs in KDE to
them!) KDE® and the K Desktop Environment® logo are registered trademarks of
KDE e.V. | Legal"

So I suppose that KDE e.V. wants to hold the rights for both of those
names/acronyms. Since this is not really an issue but a concern marking this
one resolved.
