Some comments: 
- Changing to wish, as this is only a reminder. The kde-www people is busy
right now, and this change can wait until the new version of site is up.
- The techbase article is a bit outdated and it doesn't contain other new info;
so it could be better to write new information from scratch (or update the
current articles...)
