    Earlier today I submitted a bug against okular and evidently as part of the
bugs.kde.org system, the bugs against okular are submitted to the
okular-devel at kde.org mailing list. The problem is that this causes a bounce
message to be sent back to the reporters email address. This shouldn't happen.
If the bug is going to be posted to the okular-devel list as part of the bug
submission process, then it should be sent under a registered kde.org
user/password combination and not under the reports credentials who may, or may
not, be a member of the okular-devel list. The bounce message I received after
the bug submission was:
