kde.org refreshment

Dear Readers,

as some of you might have noticed, on the promo sprint we came up with
the plan of a remake of the main kde site. Basically we want to have
it up and running when 4.4 gets released.
Why? Right now it is way to bloated and not easy for new users.

So, what we did, we planned a new menu structure to fit better into
the new branding (also something done on the sprint, nothing official
yet, but interested readers of the promo ml will already know).
Along with that it-s provided us with a first mockup for a possible
redesign. This means nothing more than a new layout, capacity will
still be used, same for the old layout "oxygen", it will still be
around.

(Note: this is in a very early stage, still up to change)
For those interested in the code side, checkout www-devel from svn,
that's where we will put up everything before it gets moved to the
real site.

If anyone wants to jump on board or help out, you can also visit
#kde-www on freenode, it is pretty active lately ;)
