Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

Firefox, Eclipse, NetBeans and gnome-color-chooser

They all crash or disappear randomly.

This behavior does not occur with KDE 4.2, Gnome or X.

There is no error message in console.

For gnome-color-chooser it randomly crash when starting it. To reproduce just
try to start it from console until it crashes usually right after the line
"Loading GUI with libglade...".
