https access for anonsvn.kde.org

Hello dear webmasters,

I'm at a client of KO at the moment. We want to integrate koffice trunk in an 
internal project. For this the internal developers need anonymous access to 
the kde svn. They may in the future ask for svn account and help developing. 
But for now anonsvn is enough.

Unfortunately, this client uses a proxy to access the internet. So we are 
limited to using svn via port 80 or 443. So I would like to use 
http://anonsvn.kde.org or https://anonsvn.kde.org. Could this be enabled?
