KDE Bulgaria website

Hello Yasen and website team,

the KDE Bulgaria website listed on
	http://www.kde.org/family/international.php
leads to
	http://kde.tilix.org/
which is a scam site which has nothing to do with KDE.

Do you know of any replacement site available or should the entry be deleted?

This issue affects several localised websites, maybe a call-for-updates on the 
dot and on translator mailing lists might be a useful action to find out if 
maintainers are still available. 
The Bulgarian site just occurred to me as missing when planning my travel 
there next week :)
