openid login fails

I recieved this message when trying to use the CommunityBase OpenID
login with my Google account.
Looks like the appropriate table needs to be created. I notified
danimo on IRC yesterday, but he hasn't yet responded.

A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in
the software. The last attempted database query was:
(SQL query hidden)
from within function "SpecialOpenID::getUser". MySQL returned error
"1146: Table 'communitywiki.user_openid' doesn't exist (localhost)".
