[PATCH] Adding the plasma mailinglist to kde.org/mailinglists/

Hi,

could somebody please review and apply the patch attached which adds the 
Plasma mailinglist to the lists of mailinglists?

It may be the reason why so many first come to kde-devel and then need to be 
pointed to plasma-devel, like it just happend again with someone who before 
had a look at kde.org/mailinglists/ :)
