I am less than thrilled with the link to UserBase, too.  This is intended to be
one of the major helps for new users, and while they may guess that Mailing
Lists and Forums are such, a heading of 'Users' is not descriptive.

I would much prefer to see a sub-section on the lines of 'Getting Help' with
Userbase, Lists and Forum in that section.
