Reviewboard email notification

Hello all,

just got a new notification from reviewboard about a dolphin review request. 
And looking at the mail i see every subscribed participant in the "To" field of 
the mail. This should be handled differently. Either as bcc or by sending to a 
mailinglist.
I know the plasma reviews look way cleaner. But this is just a suggestion.
