found broken link

Hello KDE Webmaster,

It seems there's a broken link at

	http://www.kde.org/announcements/announce-3.5.10.php

in paragraph "Installing KDE 3.5.10 Binary Packages"
which reads "http://download.kde.org".

I found it should 
read "http://download.kde.org/download.php?url=stable/3.5.10/" 
which links to teh KDE Download page and mirror lists.
