obsolete subsites

Should we change that links?
Should we keep the old ones for history reasons?
What about appeal? 
Should we start a lokalize page in userbase? 

I did that for skanlite already (http://userbase.kde.org/Skanlite), because 
skanlite has no website and kooka, forerunner of skanlite, has an outdated 
website.
