Downloading filename suffixed with .bz2

I've tried to download intel mac package with Safari and Firefox;
http://download.kde.org/download.php?url=stable/amarok/2.0/mac/Amarok2_Beta_intel.dmg

On clicking one of local link, Safari put a file in name of
Amarok2_Beta_intel.dmg.bz2
Then I unzipped into .dmg, and open. Error found.

After two more try with Safari, I change to Firefox.
Firefox just save .dmg and it is ok to mount.

Command; file Amarok* shows that .dmg is bzip2 compressed data, block
size = 100k
I don't know inside of .dmg image structure.
I doubt file header of download.kde.org tells Safari to change filename.

As Safari is wide-spread default web browser for mac environment,
This should be clarified to prevent bunch of download error report.
