One solution would be to optionally disable the automatic generation of a
<h1> headline. The problem with such a woprkaround would be that it would
tempt people to use it wrongly - every page _must_ start with a <h1>
headline for consistency and correct rendering on all styles.
I would prefer a more general solution - we have also have pages in
docs.kde.org and accessibility.kde.org that are generated from docbook.
Is there any chance to compile docbooks directly to the new layout?
