Bug in Bugzilla

KDE's bugzilla doesn't manage logins for me if I go through my local http 
proxy server (squid). The cause is probably that this squid delegates 
requests to parent-caches in a round-robin fashion and thus different 
ip-addresses are returned somewhere in the login-procedure which causes 
bugzilla to refuse login.

I didn't know where to report this bug, please forward it to the people in 
charge of bugzilla operations.
