Invalid link in "KDE 3.1.1 Info Page"

Hi

While browsing KDE 3.1.1 Info Page (http://www.kde.org/info/3.1.1.php) I noticed
that "Download and Installation" section contains a link to the list of
libraries needed for compilation. When I tried to follow the link the result was
Error 404: Not Found. I think this link should point to
http://www.kde.org/info/requirements/3.1.php instead of the present
http://promo.kde.org/3.1/requirements.php.
