We had a discussion in the past about setting up a second mailing list for 
distributing webmaster at kde.org mails, but since almost all people on the 
kde-www list would subscribe to both lists, the idea was dropped.

You can also setup a KMail Filter for that - simply filter for "recipient 
contains webmaster at kde.org" and "recipient does not contain 
kde-www at mail.kde.org" and "recipient does not contain kde-www at kde.org"

I don't mind setting up a second list, but since using a filter is also 
possible, I suggest keeping it as it is unless more people request 
splitting this list.
