Problems accessing kde-look.org

Recently, i've started having problems accessing kde-look.org from several 
locations.

i'm not having problems accessing other kde sites, such as kde.org, or 
apps.kde.org... but in the most cases, I get timeout errors when I try to 
access kde-look.org :-|
