It seems that the person who prepared http://www.kde.org/info/3.1.1.php did not
proofread. The section "Bugs" says
"This is a list of grave bugs and common pitfalls surfacing after the release date"

But the first two bugs (I didn't check the others) surfaced BEFORE the release date!!
I am guessing the description is wrong - I am guessing the list in that section is
ACTUALLY a list of bugs fixed in that release. Not what the description says at all.

I think this confusion should be cleared up.
