Cvs updates for kde.org (was RE: PHP/XML Errors on the website)

I think it is every 3 hours...

I was thinking about this myself as well and was thinking would it maybe
possible to have a .htaccess protected PHP script on the web that can
initiate the "cvs up" command?

Is this viable?
