kde.org: CSS not used in Opera (revisited)

Hi All!

Several days ago I sent a message to this list indicating that Opera
(6.04 and 7.02, both for Windows) do not use the CSS specified in the
index.html of the main site, and some other subdomains that use the
new style. Afterwards, the problem was gone for a while, as can be
seen here:

(don't know how long this link will be valid). Please note the line

<link rel="stylesheet" media="screen" type="text/css"
title="Default: KDE Window Colors" href="/media/styles/standard.css" />

in the source and the absence thereof in the current index.html.

Can this be resolved, or was there any sound reason why this has been
removed?
