A new place for the KDE Donors Database

Hi Everybody,

we will move the database that handles the donators page to one of the KDE 
servers.

We need a PHP webserver and a SQL database where I can set up an automatic 
feed on the incoming donations. 

I need to get a recommendation which machine I can use and what I do have to 
prepare for it.
