kde.org: CSS not used in Opera

Hello, webmaster at kde.org.

Just wanted to let you know that both Opera 6.04 and 7.02 (both for
Windows) somehow do _not_ use the CSS specified in the index.html (and
other pages and subdomains, for that matter). This used to work until
recently.

P.S. And yes, I do have author CSS mode enabled in Opera, not user's
CSS mode.
