<table width="100%"> breaks in IE

The only way to solve the problem is not to set a width. I removed 
width="100%" from all pages that had it.

Maybe I should set up a page explaining some things that people must keep 
in mind when writing pages using the new layout. This might also help 
people when transferring pages to the new layout.
