Yes, that's exactly the one we are talking about:

There is no other imprint for KDE e.V.

True, www.kde.org is hosted by TrollTech, but the imprint needs to mention 
the contact information of someone legally responsible for the content, 
and KDE e.V. are the only ones who can accept this legal responsibility 
for the content of KDE e.V.

If you don't wish to mention KDE e.V. in the imprint, you would have to 
mention someone else as "owner" of kde.org, or you would have to take the 
site down according to German law.
