www.kde.org cookie problem: php.ini misconfiguration?

The server is hosted by Trolltech, hence contact
webmaster at trolltech.com,hostmaster at trolltech.com or something like
that.

Of course the site went online all of a sudden without announcement or
preparation, but you've got to start somewhere I guess.
