Hi,

with a "light on dark"-desktop-color-theme the new www.kde.org is hard to 
read. Backgroundcolor and foregroundcolor should never be defined alone, 
but always together. In this case, a white background is defined, so a 
dark foreground should be defined, too (see screenshot).
