kde family updates

To make space for "Developer Talk", I removed the "Quick Links" box
from dot.kde.org.  These are some sites on "Quick Links" that are not
in "KDE Family":

These are all obviously not official KDE sites.  Some of them are
commercial, some of them are private.  It would be nice if they could
be added to KDE Family though...  just for the sake of completeness
and helping would be surfers who are interested in this information.
