I can not enter bug to bug tracking system

Hello,

When I come to the "Wizard" to enter bug, it asks OS/ etc.

When I enter anything except KDE 3.1.3 it brings the attached warning, 
and did not allow
to go throught.

So I can enter bug only to 3.1.3 version of KDE?

I believe this is incorrect.

What I wanted is to add bug to the Kopete development version (CVS). Bug 
Wizard fails.
It always prints this warning message instead of giving me next page. 
Even if I select
"compiled from source of latest CVS": the same error.

Please help.
