Why don't we change this?

Have you ever wondered why they don't just arrest the people sending spam?
 I have, until I looked up the law. Un-solicited email isn't even illegal! 

Below are the State laws that do exist regarding spam.. 

Check it out, and follow the Federal Law link as well. It's even worse! 

Write your congress! Write your State Rep. It's the only way to get this changed..
