It makes it not worse than with your stuff and leads to:
 - common style & navigation
 - user chosable style sheets throught our whole www.kde.org "universe"
 - better i18n, ...

Yes, no enforcement, but there is allready a working version of the pim stuff 
online with the new design, why go back ?

Many people have put work into some common gui for the pages, why trash that 
now again just because somebody dislikes the "colors" or some minor other 
design issues ? If you want to improve the design, than make some proposals 
what we could enhance in the current includes. (I guess there is still some 
poll going on about the default style sheet for kde.org, or I am wrong 
jason ?
