Upgrading from KDE2 to KDE3

Hi,

I've been in hospital for a while and KMail seems to be choking on the 11MB 
of email that I have to download - it stops with an "unexpected response 
from POP3 server" error message.

Is there an easy to follow guide on your website which explains how to 
upgrade from KDE2 to KDE3?
