Hi,

This request raises a number of interesting questions.  First is, what are
qualifications to be listed as a press contact in the KDE press releases and on
the KDE Press Contacts Page (http://www.kde.org/contact.html).  Second, is Mr.
de Castro so qualified?

Sorry for the cross-post.  I hope to get anyone interested involved, please
center the discussion on the kde-promo list though.
