Hi!

I commited some corrections and changes to a number of files in kde-www:

kde-www/index.php
Fixes for accessibility issues, correct link to the announcement page,

kde-www/media/includes/functions.inc
Fixes for accessibility issues (table headers), re-add disclaimer about 
apps.kde.com

kde-www/contact.php
Add link to the legally required contact information in the Impresssum

kde-www/media/styles/standard.css
Improve layout of table header, remove "beta" comment, correct color of 
text in <a name="..."> tags, add second color for visited links.

If you wish to have all links in the same color, I can change this back by 
setting the color of visited links to the same color. It is important to 
specify a color for both, otherwise the browser default will be used.
