The mention of apps.kde.com has been removed in the heading, so I must 
change the wording of the disclaimer somehow.

How about:

Disclaimer: These are third party releases imported from <a 
href="http://apps.kde.com">APPS.KDE.com</a>, which is a commercial, 
independent KDE website.


Another question: Can I commit the changes with my normal CVS account, or 
must someone else do that for me?
