This is a second accessibility related patch. Screen readers rely on a
table summary and header. I think the table header is useful to all site
visitors, but if you wish to hide it, you can do so via CSS.
BTW, is there a reason why the disclaimer ("Disclaimer: APPS.KDE.com is a
commercial, independent KDE website") has been removed?
I think it is important, so people do not blaim us if these third party
applications do not work. Maybe we could use different words, though,
like "These applications for KDE are mostly third party releases which
are not included in any offical KDE release."
Should I change this as well?
