I am not sure that a link named "Legal" is OK for this. Anyway, it would 
make much more sense to have this information in the "contact" page (or a 
link there). I would be willing to make a new version of the contact 
page, but IANAL, so it would be nice if someone could ask KDE e.V. for 
the legal requirements first. Just let me know if I can help with this.
