More testing, this time at http://wwwtesting.kde.org/ :

* It fails tests at both 
http://bobby.watchfire.com/ and http://validator.w3.org/ 

* That graphic *still* has the "Alpha" on it.  Can someone please put the 
original onto artist.kde.org where it can be modified and used 
consistently?

* Can we use real HTML lists for bullet points instead of hard-coded »s?  
The HTML lists will render in a way more familiar to users.
