Hi all,

My apologies for my extended absence, was on holidays and then had other
distractions in my personal life that I won't get into.

Well I think it is clear things have progressed beyond the stage where
following something similar to a proper System Development Life Cycle just
isn't going to happen no matter how hard I try, which is dissappointing but
all the same I'm not going to let my efforts goto waste.

I have just rebuilt KDE from source and am just checking out Quanta, I have
already taken a quick look at kde-www as well and as soon as Quanta is good
to go I will start doing my bit. Probably starting by looking at the PHP and
doing number 1. as mentioned below.

Can I suggest if people check out parts of the www module to convert them to
the new format that they send a quick email to this list just so we don't
double up on work?

I'm not totally giving up on the whole requirements thing though but will
instead focus my efforts upon improving the current design with the
requirements in mind. Speaking of which is there already a separate template
for content sites? The new design currently doesn't provide much more screen
real estate than the old one, which is one of the major complaints from
maintainers.

Regards,
Jason
