Just for the notes:
The Treemenu code from usability.kde.org is now in use in kde-www, too (after 
rewrite). Only need to build in the location, too. It is rewritten to need no 
server side vars to work and to provide relative links to the server address 
;) 

Some notes what is needed to set up a local kde-www test page:
- - php_include path must include . and /<serverroot>/media/includes
- - nothing else ;)
